Q: Are you licensed and insured in Michigan?

A: Yes! We are licensed and insured to operate in both Michigan & Wisconsin.

Q: Do you serve my area?

A: We are headquartered in Hancock, MI, but we will service most areas in Houghton, Keweenaw & Baraga counties.

Q: Are estimates free?

A: Estimates are free!

Q: Do you schedule appointments after 5pm during the week, on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays?

A: With the exception of emergencies and estimates, we do not have availability during nights, weekends or holidays. We are more than willing to help in the event of an emergency, but our minimum emergency trip fee is $250.

Q: How do I pay for any services rendered at my property?

A: Payment is required immediately upon services rendered. Cash and check are preferred methods of payment, but we will accept Venmo, & Zelle. Payments 30 days overdue incur a 15% late fee compounding every 30 days. 

​

Q: Do I need to be at the property at the time of service?

A: It is not necessary, but we prefer to have someone at the home that is at least 18 years old in case there are any questions or concerns.

Q: How do I schedule an appointment?

A: You may schedule an appointment with us by either calling us or emailing us.

Q: What kind of services do you offer?

A:  We specialize in home repair, carpentry, painting, kitchen and bathroom remodels, and outdoor living spaces to include decks, sheds & saunas. You may see a more detailed list of the services we offer at our Services page.
