I have been in and around the building trades since I was 12 years old learning to hang drywall with my dad. I currently specialize in providing high quality and focused "age in place" services to help the 90% of senior citizens remain in the home they love! Perch Lake Cabin
At the Perch Lake Cabin, we installed new bamboo flooring and dressed the walls in tongue and groove pine to highlight the northwoods cabin decor. Please feel free to contact me to learn more about this project!

Nevermind Kitchen Remodel
At the Nevermind project, we overhauled the kitchen and master bath. We replaced the flooring with large format tile and tongue and groove pine. We installed new cabinets, appliances, fixtures and countertops. This home was lost in the 1980's until we brought up to modern standards!

The Miner
The Miner Vacation Rental in Hancock MI, was a former barbershop converted into the area's premier 2 bedroom vacation rental. This project involved every facet of the skilled trades and every square inch of the building was remodeled!

The Portage Centre
The Portage Centre is a luxury apartment in Hancock MI that the owners use as a short term vacation rental. The Portage Centre is a commercial building conversion. In its past life, it was home to a household glass repair and warehouse company.
